Bistrot Pierre
Working with local producers, each branch of Bistrot Pierre carefully sources their ingredients to bring Anglo-French cuisine and seasonal favourites to their patrons.
Bistrot Pierre – Preston
Marking a first for the Bistro Pierre team, the Preston branch of the French cuisine restaurant situates inside a 160 year old church.
The Grade II listed Fishergate Church has undergone a huge restoration embracing the churches original features to create a unique dining space. Yarwood Leather’s Style range in Ember was chosen for feature banquettes throughout the space.
The design team wanted “a colour that would hold its own within the interior proportions of a 12 metre high space; one that would resonate with the existing, 5 metre high, decorative stained glass windows and reinforce the rich glow from the shiny copper pendant lighting.”
Ember was the perfect colour “that would add warmth and a contemporary vibrant edge for the feature banquettes” perfectly complementing the other design elements, fumed oak floorboards, deep aubergine wall panelling and peridot velvet seating.
