8 Ways to use Mustang Lagoon in interior design

8 ways to use Mustang Lagoon in interior design

A soft blue, full of natural character and offering a beautiful pull up colour contrast, we’re taking a look at some of the different ways Mustang Lagoon has been showcased in interior design projects.

Combine cool blues and greys

Grey cushions were paired with Lagoon for the Cail Bruich restaurant in Glasgow. As well as a complementing tone, the fabric cushions offer a uniform finish next to the unique Mustang leather.

Homely Headboards

Natural characteristics bring a warm feel to this design, perfect for making hotel guests feel more at home in their space. The team at Twenty2 Degrees explored the concept of making a hotel room personal, Lagoon paired with the wood finishes brings in natural materials to help achieve this.

Lounge on Lagoon

Being a leather that only enhances with age, Mustang is perfect for the home. The natural tones and hallmarks of life add character to home seating, like this InStyle sofa, paired with fabric cushions.

Leather lining

As part of their Sleep + Eat 2019 design set, Twenty2 Degrees included Mustang Lagoon in drawer and wardrobe linings. For this particular scheme, Lagoon offers a contrasting tone to this glass topped display drawer, which was used as a desk, a DJ deck and a dining table!

Deep Buttoning Detail

With its pull-up effect and natural tones, the Mustang range is perfectly showcased when deep-buttoned. Lagoon is showcased here with this detail in residential and restaurant seating.

Small yet effective

Lagoon is a beautiful tone which suits both large banquettes and small stools. When redesigning their HQ, the Mix Interiors team added an array of blue seating to this meeting space, including Mustang Lagoon on Verco’s Martin stools.

Add colour to workspace seating

In the workplace, colour psychologists believe lighter tones of blue can help to lower blood pressure and reduce stress. We’ve been trying out the William Hands configurator to see what Mustang Lagoon could look like on some of their workplace seating.

Stunning Shelving

Small details can really make a design, the team at Twenty2 Degrees included Mustang Lagoon on shelving in their room set for Sleep + Eat 2019, tying in with the rest of their scheme.
