William Hands

Designing and manufacturing furniture for the workplace, the team at William Hands pride themselves on innovative design, premium quality craftsmanship and sustainability.

One of William Hands most recent projects was for Walker Morris offices in Leeds. The design team were tasked with creating multi-functional spaces to host clients, to cater for multiple meeting scenarios. This new Centre of Excellence for Walker Morris features William Hands Transcend Lineal flip-top tables paired with Cypher chairs upholstered in Yarwood Leather’s Style in Prussian Blue.

Meeting spaces also feature Yarwood Leather’s Style Prussian Blue on Cypher chairs, paired with William Hands Vantage tables, the timber legs provide a natural finish which is paired with a traditional leather look.

Yarwood Leather also featured in the Willis Towers Watson project, which features seating from William Hands. The brand new Leeds offices feature Yarwood Leather’s Mustang Mustard on William Hands Cypher cantilever chairs, which help to bring comfortable and striking seating into their client meeting suite.

The natural tones that make the Mustang range unique were included to help “bring the outside in” on this office seating and combined with the Vantage wooden table from William Hands brings warmth to the meeting space.

Design and bespoke options are integral to the work of William Hands, as part of this, the team have launched a new visualiser, to allow you to customize your seating options. One part of this is, of course, the leather, faux leather or fabric for your seating. We’ve been exploring the configurator on William Hands’ website and admiring all the tones in our Mustang range on their Cypher chair.

All leathers and faux leathers from Yarwood Leather are available on the configurator including our Lomond range seen here on the Ad lounge chair.

We’ve also been admiring physical seating from William Hands, including this prototype chair, spotted during Clerkenwell Design Week in the William Hands showroom, upholstered in Style Sandalwood.
