Contract flammability is a little less straightforward than the domestic test in that its not a mandatory requirement. The type of test is usually decided by the local fire authority where the furniture will ultimately live. For leather, the Fire Safety Officer will usually request "Crib5" which is technically known as BS7176 - source 5. This is a much harder test to pass than the cigarette and match test and is a combination test using the cover material and foam. It is a safety feature designed to ensure greater protection for members of the public in a potentially congested public place.
