Accelerated Ageing

Accelerated aging is the "atomic" test of wear resistance in upholstery leather and is usually only used in automotive specifications. The test mimics how the leather will perform after many years exposure to high wear in extreme conditions of temperature and humidity. This test is only useful for furniture if your home fluctuates every couple of weeks from Siberia to Sahara.
