QMS System

We are engaged in the manufacture(through our production arm and group company, Conceria Lavezzo) & sale of leather for use in the upholstery, marine, automotive and aviation sectors worldwide. We aim to always achieve customer satisfaction by consistently meeting customer requirements. To achieve this, the expectations, needs and requirements of our customers and other interested parties must be identified and satisfied - or exceeded where possible.

We believe that the key to success in this regard is our Business Management System (BMS) - which is based on the International standards - ISO 9001:2008 & ISO14001:2004 The system ensures that effective controls are consistently and adequately applied to our work processes, and provides a record of our quality/environmental related activities as well as a system which creates a framework that will produce targets and objectives.

We are committed to maintaining, and continually improving our Business Management System, products and service. All employees and suppliers are invited and expected to share in this commitment. We have allocated sufficient resources to ensure that quality remains at the heart of our business. We will place particular importance on the contribution that employees make to quality and will work with them to provide the necessary information, training and support to enable them to achieve the required levels of competence.
