Brasserie Blanc restaurants take their design inspiration from owner Raymond Blanc and his mother, Maman Blanc, to create spaces which are as authentic and warm as Maman Blanc’s home.

Whether it’s coffee and lunch with friends or after work drinks, Brasserie Blanc is a place which provides a home from home atmosphere, so it’s no surprise that leather features within. Two of the latest restaurants to open have featured Yarwood Leather to create comfortable seating.

Brasserie Blanc Bournemouth is Brasserie Blanc’s first venture with Marriott Hotels, situated within The Marriott Highcliffe, which boasts seaside views and a large outdoor decked area. Craftwood provided seating for the bar and restaurant, “Designed to marry a “chez nous” French home feel with the warm welcoming ambiance of Bournemouth’s most iconic hotel, designers PNW chose Craftwood to realise the seating, using Yarwood Leather’s Mustang Bottle on twin sofa banquettes, the deep button style and earthy tones and “cracked” effect finish of the Mustang complementing the design brief perfectly.”

Over in Fulham Reach, the new riverside restaurant features a glass front building, Brasserie Blanc designed “a very funky ‘Blanc’ with plush banquette seating, feature lighting and a central bar that will be the heart of the new brasserie.” Mustang Mustard features on booth seating, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine by the river.

The Fulham Reach branch of Brasserie Blanc has been awarded the winner of the Multiple Restaurant award at the 2018 Restaurant and Bar Design Awards!

Over next to Manchester Airport, Brasserie Blanc in the Marriot Hotel, Hale Barns features a showstopper terrace for al fresco dining, diners and jet setters can enjoy all day dining on booth seating upholstered in the vibrant Mustang in colour Orchid.
